• As an Emergency Response Security Guard at Alliance Security Group, you will be regarded as an elite member of our response team, delivering top-tier security services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Access control and fire watch
• Ensuring the security, safety, and well-being of personnel, visitors, and premises
• Providing excellent customer service
• Compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations
• Protecting company assets from theft, fire, and other risks
• Escorting personnel as required

Requirements:
• Valid Security Guard License for the province of application
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Access to a working vehicle and a cell phone
• Willingness to travel within province
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to work various shifts
• Fluent in English

2. Private Investigator (Surveillance)

• Location: Across Canada
• Alliance Security Group continuously recruits private investigators for labor dispute, insurance, and corporate assignments.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed report writing
• Follow individuals discreetly
• Complete site-specific training and follow supervisor instructions
• React and respond to situations as required
• Submit written reports and upload video documentation

Requirements:

• Valid Private Investigator License
• Minimum 19 years of age
• Reliable vehicle and cell phone
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to work various shifts
• Fluent in English

3. Security Guard – Retail & Loss Prevention

• Location: Across Canada
• Our retail and loss prevention guards elevate static security services with vigilance and exceptional customer service, protecting our corporate clients’ assets effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer traffic and identify high-risk individuals
• Confront and apprehend individuals engaging in theft
• Undertake site-specific training and follow supervisor instructions
• Maintain observation records and write incident reports
• Perform additional duties as required

• Valid Security Guard License for the province of application
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Cell phone access
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to work various shifts
• Fluent in English
